The Complete Hypnobirthing Course - Group Classes
Find 'your people'; the group that you will be spending your maternity time with. Group classes allow you to meet like minded parents and birth partners who are going through pregnancy at exactly the same time as you. With a shared WhatsApp to continue those connections beyond the course, this is a great option to start your parenting network.
The Complete Hypnobirthing Course - 1:1 Classes
Planning your birth for some people is a very private and personal experience and that's why the 1:1 classes, taught from the comfort of your home, has been created. Learning at your pace, designed specifically for you.
Pregnancy Relaxation
(COMING SOON!) Carve out some time for just you and your baby. Book on to a block of 6 relaxation classes, or PAYG, designed to teach a little breath work, some hypnobirthing basics and allow some time to connect with your baby. Online, from the comfort of your own home.
The Right Birth for You...
Hypnobirthing supports all birth. If you are expecting twins, planning a Caesarean birth or induction these classes are still just as valuable for you. Please get in touch to arrange and 15 minute consultation and we can ensure you're in the right class for your birth preparations.
